Fair and Transparent Fees

At Halo Mortgages, I believe in being open and honest about costs from the very start. I charge a broker fee of up to £495, depending on your individual circumstances and the complexity of your application.

This fee is only payable once your mortgage has been approved by the lender, giving you peace of mind that I’m fully committed to securing the right deal for you.

The fee allows me to dedicate the time and attention needed to research the best options from across the market, manage your application, and support you right through to completion.

As a sole adviser, you’ll work directly with me from start to finish. My goal is to make your journey as smooth and stress-free as possible, while providing expert, tailored advice that’s always in your best interest.

That’s why we proudly donate 10% of every fee we earn to Kidscape, a UK charity dedicated to keeping children safe from bullying and harm. By choosing to work with us, you’re not only securing expert mortgage advice, but also helping to support vulnerable children and promote a safer, kinder world.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: FRAUD WARNING
We will never send you an email asking you to transfer money or requesting
your bank details. We will never ask you to transfer deposit money to your
solicitor.
If you receive an email claiming to be from us and asking for you to transfer
money, please take no further action and phone us immediately.
Your solicitor or another professional involved in your property transaction
may request this, but you should always seek confirmation from them directly
that the email is genuine before sending any payment.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
As with all insurance policies, conditions and exclusions will apply
You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
